Iain's feedback about Irena (Beginner Violin tuition near Glasgow)
Irena is a great teacher - patient, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining concepts and theory. In addition, Irena will help focus on any problem areas in your playing and will suggest exercises and playing techniques to overcome them and ensure you are continually improving. Aniruddha's feedback about Marie (Intermediate Violin tuition near Newham)
Feedback helps. Especially when there is literally an ocean of options, and sifting through them all and deciding which one(s) are worth a shot, which can seem like a mammoth task. Till date, I have had the good fortune of learning from some very good music teachers, and I wanted to maintain that trend. At the time I joined Marie (for violin), there were already several comments about her which made me decide that she might be the right person. After about 5 lessons, I can say several things about her. 1. Her initial impression definitely creates an impact. She was polite, friendly, and nice to talk to. 2. She notices even the tiniest details, which make the difference between a good violin player, and one who doesn't really care. Things like sudden "unwanted" elbow movements when crossing strings, for example. 3. She teaches all the "tricks" which you need to know, which even good teachers might not necessarily mention. For example, the importance of keeping your fingers ready and just above the string when playing scales or pieces, which will greatly aid you in playing fast. Another example is to place all your fingers on the relevant string when descending in a scale, which helps for the same reason (to play fast). So far, a great experience, and she has really gained my confidence and trust. Thanks Marie!
Sally's feedback about Polina (Beginner Violin tuition near Worcester Park)
I am an adult and its my first attempt at learning the violin. Polina has been so welcoming and supportive. She has put me at ease and within just a few lessons I can play a tune which has been so encouraging. She is very motivating and I'm feeling very excited about my progress already. Thank you so much Polina in making me feeling I can master what is a challenging instrument to mearn.
Ravinder's feedback about Gintare (Intermediate Violin tuition near Bury)
Gintare is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who stretches my daughters capacity to learn in a friendly way. She is punctual and gives feedback at the end of each lesson. I cannot fault her.
Daryl's feedback about Gintare (Beginner Violin tuition near Manchester)
I've been Gintare for around two months up to this point and she is one of the most patient and encouraging tutor's I've had the pleasure to meet. Having no previous experience with the violin, she's thoroughly introduced the basics in a way that's both engaging and good fun. Weather it be through learning a piece of music you want to play, unique games she's constructed, or a series of exercises, she tailors her approach to meet your needs. Furthermore, she is always willing to answer questions, whether it be about music in general, looking after your violin, or some else. Lastly, her energy is contagious, meaning that it's easy to maintain motivation when your tutor is as invested as you and wishes to see you grow! I cannot recommend Gintare enough as a violin tutor and I hope others get a chance to learn the violin with her!

Fiona's feedback about Scott (Intermediate Violin tuition near Kirkcaldy)
After playing the fiddle for four years I felt I needed help with my technique, so far I've had two lessons with Scott and I notice an improvement in my playing already. He has an enormous amount of patience and takes time to explain in detail different ways to improve tone, timing etc. He totally understands the difficulties I have and explains thoroughly how to overcome them. The emails he sends after each lesson are really helpful reminders of what we have covered and again, every detail is explained thoroughly. I can highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a violin/fiddle teacher! :-)

I have had 4 lessons with Sarah so far and I've learned a whole lot already. She tells me what I need to work on in terms of my technique and gives me enough encouragement to keep going.
