Susie is very encouraging and supportive. She is flexible, catering the tutoring to our needs (son, age 13, and myself beginner adult learner). The online lessons work really well - I thought in-person would be better, but actually online is going very well and we're really happy with it, it still feels personal but has the added benefit of a variety of teaching tools. I would highly recommend Susie for both child and adult learners.
