Personal Description:
I am a higly qualified and experienced native French teacher, totally fluent in Spanish living in the Shrewsbury area.
Teaching Experience:
After teaching French in Spain for ten years, I returned to France to teach Spanish in the French School system for ten years. I then spent 10 fascinating years teaching in Africa. I have a degree and the Qualified Teacher status in the UK.

From Chris (/5): Hélène is great for me: she talked French as much as possible from the start and encouraged me to do the same, even though it was difficult for me at first. All-in-all this makes for fast progress, which is what I requested.
Hélène comes to the lesson prepared and it's quite obvious she has a lot of experience with teaching French. She has also recommended high-quality (and reasonably-priced) resources to use away from the lessons.
Accommodating my schedule has been no problem either.

Hélène is such a kind and lovely person and an excellent teacher. She is really patient and explains things so clearly.
She always had things prepared for the lessons based on what I wanted to work on and helped me to improve my Spanish in all areas of the language.
Hélène made a huge difference to my learning and thanks to her I got an A* in my A-Levels and was able to study Spanish at university! I could not recommend her more as a tutor.
