Personal Description:

My name is Caroline and I teach private French lessons to children and adults at my home or Virtually in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. I also teach French to small family groups or small groups of friends in their houses.

My lessons are fun, interactive and my students achieve great results. My lessons are great for beginners, GCSE and A level support or more advanced students.

Teaching Experience:

I have a large list of private clients I teach at my house or virtually in Chesterfield and I also teach French to children (years 3 - 11) in a local primary school. My private students vary in age and abilities. I also teach small family groups (up to 4) who prefer to learn together.

Teaching Approach:

I am PTLLS qualified (French) French tutor and have also been CRB checked. I have taught many students how to speak French. My students have ranged from Primary school students, GCSE , A Level and degree students who needed that little extra support and those who plan to visit France on holiday. I have been approached on several occasions to translate documents and holiday confirmation letters (written in French) for my students as well - all part of the service.

I have been living in England since 1992. After spending 15 years as a senior manager and business owner in the hospitality industry I now dedicate my time to teaching my native language - French.
“I charge £25 per hour. I can either teach one to one, small family groups (up to 4) or small groups of friends (up to 4). While some people prefer to learn on their own some prefer to learn in a social group”.
