Ann-Marie's feedback about Karen (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Barnsley)
Karen is really supportive and encouraging. She is knowledgeable about music and her instruments and has an approachable manner. Her patience and support is helpful for someone like me who has not played music since school. Additionally, as someone completely new to the clarinet, I could barely get a squeak from my instrument. Now I can play simple tunes and I am reading some music after just a few sessions. I would like to highly recommend Karen to any new player for her patience and support, while experienced musicians will benefit from her wide knowledge and experience. I'm really glad I found her!!
Laura's feedback about Vikki (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Stevenage)
Vikki has been teaching my 9year old daughter for only a few weeks, but her progress in that time is fantastic. Vikki is very patient and her method of teaching is brilliant, my daughter has made a great start due to Vikki and she really looks forward to her lesson every week. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Helen's feedback about Robert (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Irvine)
As an adult, complete beginner, Robert made me feel at ease. He is relaxed and supportive but pushes me along at the right pace. When I can't get something right (which is often) he spends time working out exactly what the problem is so we can correct it. Would recommend Robert to anyone.
Demitri's feedback about Ed (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Bristol)
Ed is an excellent teacher who balances flexibility of learning with technicalities of the instrument. For example, on expressing an interest in clarinet improvisation, we have been doing some form of improvisation every lesson but at the same time developing the skills of writing music and learning to be expressive with the instrument. I have noted a significant improvements in my playing thanks to Ed's suggestion of recording practice sessions which we also review in lesson. Overall I would highly recommend Ed as a music teacher since since he is flexible with regards to your musical interests. Just be sure to do the exercises he sets as homework in order to fully benefit.
Aliena's feedback about James (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Nottingham)
James currently teaches my child once a week. His patience and resilience has given her the confidence to carry on. After various tutors we are now happy to keep him for the foreseeable.
Alison's feedback about Mark (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Greenwich)
Mark is a really great teacher. He has so much energy and enthusiasm for what he does, it's really infectious. Great manner. Not intimidating. Good at motivating. Obviously technically extremely competent. Can't recommend him too highly.
Michelle's feedback about Imogen (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Cardiff)
We came to Imogen mid way through preparing for the Grade 1 clarinet. She has been amazing, starting with constant theory, and specifics. Imogen is creative, professional with a wonderful range of talent. I highly recommend her as a tutor.
Beth's feedback about Lisa (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Forest Hill)
Lisa is thoughtful, kind and goes out of her way to help my daughter make the most of her lessons. She delivers consistent lesson plans and is always willing to support. My daughter is quite shy and she finds opening up (particularly to adults) very difficult. Lisa is the first teacher that my daughter has really enjoyed learning with!
Russell's feedback about James (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Nottingham)
James was a very good teacher and very patient . I would recommend him to any potential student .
Poppy's feedback about Lisa (Beginner Clarinet tuition near Streatham)
Lisa is very friendly & accommodating, always available via email if I have any questions. I've only just picked up the clarinet & she had me playing a little tune on my first lesson. I have no problem in recommending her, what ever your level :)
