He always gives very good feedback after each lesson with points to improve on and clear instructions on what to practice. Austin is a brilliant and agile teacher, I say agile as he is reflexive to his students needs. He picked up on what I like musically and takes a genuine interest in this in order to integrate it into teaching, which makes the lessons slightly more personable and engaging. As such, he teaches a dynamic programme that is varied: never stale, always nourishing. I have made leaps and bounds over the last few months, not only in my playing but also in my understanding of music, which too is crucial. I look forward to continuing my learning. Can't recommend enough… (also he can visit you which is a major bonus schedule wise)!

He has already given me sufficient guidance in getting over some bad habits, of which, I'm pretty certain that there will be others. I have lesson once a fortnight, and we confirm, with plenty of advance notice if we cannot make our scheduled lesson, from both sides. I'm looking forward to progressing further and I'm quite certain that with Neil's help I'll reach my goal.
