Personal Description:
Matt has played for Nile Rogers, Rick Astley, Mcfly and members of the Spice Girls.
Matt studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance under the tutelage of Mike Lovatt, John Barclay and Andy Hendrie.
Matt has taught Brass and Piano for over 10 years and has a 100% ABRSM and Trinity exam pass rate (with 80% achieving a merit or distinction). Matt is a brass and piano tutor at the Notre Dame School for Girl in Cobham and at Hayes School in Bromley.
Tutoring Experience:
Matt offers 45 and 60 minu**Contact Detail Removed**ssons in and around SE London, Bromley and Kent. He is available to teach all brass instruments from beginner to grade 8 and ARSM Diploma standard, and is also able to help students with university and conservatoire auditions. Matt also teaches piano and music theory to beginners up to Grade 5.
Matt has taught in private and state schools, as well as in pupils homes. Matt currently teaches Brass and Piano at the Notre Dame School for Girls in Surrey, and at Hayes School, Bromley for Bromley Youth Music Trust.
Matt is happy to take on students using the ABRSM, Trinity, or Music Teacher’s Board Exam syllabus’s.
Matt is happy to teach from his home in Bromley or can travel to you for a small additional fee.

Matt delivers fun and tailored music lessons - whether you are wanting to work towards a graded exam, prepare for a performance or just want to play for fun these lessons can be tailored to suit you. Lessons also include touching on basic theory knowledge to develop musicianship skills and of course everyone's favourite - duets too!
