Diane's feedback about Michael (Beginner Piano tuition near Croy)
I thought I had a good piano teacher before; however, even in the first lesson, it was clear that Michael is on a different level. He immediately identified my weak spots, including how I approach new pieces, and his extensive musical training, combined with meticulous attention to detail, has already made me much more aware of the intricacies of the music, which is already transforming how I play. As a learner, I really appreciate Michael’s patience and his ability to explain things clearly, even when it takes me several (or many!) attempts to get something right. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an outstanding tutor!
Robert's feedback about Paul (Beginner Piano tuition near Torquay)
A very attentive and supportive teacher who obviously has a wide understanding of the piano
Ewan's feedback about Yumi (Beginner Piano tuition near Tamworth)
Yumi is such a calm and understanding teacher. I cannot recommend her more. To anyone who wants to start learning with a patient and incredibily knowledgeable teacher; Choose Yumi . You won't regret it!
Harpreet's feedback about Tin Yi Tinny (Beginner Piano tuition near Smethwick)
Tinny is super warm, friendly, and encouraging, which makes learning really enjoyable. Her lessons are structured and go at a comfortable pace, and she’s always patient, open to feedback, and happy to answer questions. I’ve seen progress after just a few lessons and appreciate how she challenges me just enough to help me improve. Highly recommend!
Gregory's feedback about Carl (Advanced Piano tuition near Stockport)
Carl (known to me as CJ) was an excellent teacher. He took me from being totally unable to sightread to sitting my Grade 5 practical exam within about 18 months. One of my main anxieties as a student was that any given piece of music was simply beyond me; I couldn't imagine how it could possibly be playable. But CJ had a way of making things seem not only achievable but inevitable. He was able to meet me exactly where I was; I already had some ability on the piano and I'd had piano teachers in the past who wanted to pull me back to Grade 1 and go from there. CJ, however, had no problem starting me off on the Grade 5 syllabus and getting me through that exam comparatively quickly. He also took time out of his busy schedule to provide the necessary music theory tuition so I could get my Grade 5 in that discipline before sitting the practical exam, all whilst studying as an undergraduate at University. It was also a great privilege to study under CJ's tuition because he is himself a great pianist. His insight and understanding of the instrument was supported by his passion; his knowledge of the repertoire and the history of Western classical music. To study under CJ's guidance would be a gift to students of all levels.
