Despite her busy schedule she's always able to send me lots of times she's available and so far it has worked out well. She always sends detailed notes after every lesson and even took the time to recommend some shoulder rests to replace my broken one. Great teacher!

An incredible teacher who is calm and patient yet absolutely precise and specific in her feedback, empowering students to meet her high expectations. Carla makes even the hardest aspects of music theory easy and accessible, transforming the sound of pieces. Her intellect also allows her to explain the meaning and historical context of pieces, with knowledge even of the composers’ life events that inspired them. She has worked so hard and has not only improved our boy’s performance dramatically but totally changed his attitude. He had to concentrate, the lessons are intense but he is now proud of his much higher standard. Excellent value for money and clearly a real labour of love from this utterly dedicated teacher.
