Natalie's feedback about Théa-Rose (Beginner Cello tuition near Lymington)
My son has been having lessons with Thea-Rose for six months now and it has been transformational compared to the teacher he had before. As a beginner, Thea had him using all four fingers at his first lesson and playing a variety of music! Thea and my son (who is eight) have a good rapport and his confidence has grown tremendously. She is very patient and also very encouraging. She is quietly ambitious for him and its great to see how much he has grown over the last few months. She also has variety of students of all ages and we sometimes bump into some who are much more experienced or just older beginners. I highly recommend her as a tutor.
Stacey's feedback about Lucy (Beginner Cello tuition near Wigston)
Lucy is an excellent and inspiring tutor. I very much enjoy and benefit from our weekly online lessons and have made good progress as a beginner Cello player. Lucy is friendly, with a professional approach and a huge amount of knowledge about music and the instrument itself. The teaching is appropriately paced for me and Lucy is a very patient teacher, supporting and correcting any mistakes with practical advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy to anyone wishing to learn an instrument.
Trevor's feedback about Jayne (Beginner Cello tuition near Congleton)
I have Jayne to be a very patient and understanding young woman with good teaching skills and amazing patience.
Sue's feedback about Barbara (Beginner Cello tuition near Waterlooville)
I'm learning cello and to read music at the same time, Barbara explains things clearly, is very patient and the lessons are enjoyable. Would definately recommend. Sue Sanders
Denisa's feedback about Jessica (Advanced Cello tuition near Streatham)
My daughter enjoys her lessons with Jessica who is focusing on positions, bowing techniques as well as teaching new skills.
Fiona's feedback about Barbara (Advanced Cello tuition near Petersfield)
Barbara is a calm and encouraging tutor. She spotted my skill gaps immediately and has provided structured exercises to address them. I can feel the progress in just the first half term. Also, playing accompanied makes a huge difference to improving the musicallity. Thank you
Anton's feedback about Aiste Maria (Beginner Cello tuition near Thornton-cleveleys)
I’ve been learning the cello for just four weeks, and with Maria’s guidance, I’m already making rapid progress even starting to write my own compositions. Her teaching covers everything from posture and technique to sight reading and tone production, with a strong emphasis on developing a beautiful sound. Although I still find intonation and bowing across strings challenging, Maria provides personalised exercises that directly target these areas. The only downside is that the method book we use features mostly children’s songs, which aren’t very engaging for an adult learner like myself. However, it’s well structured and builds skills progressively. Plus, Maria is open to teaching your musical suggestions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, adaptable cello teacher
Maitri's feedback about Violetta (Beginner Cello tuition near Edinburgh)
I have had a few lessons now with Violetta. She is teaching me both piano and cello and I am really enjoying our lessons. Online works really well and she is very responsive in between lessons for any queries or questions. I would highly recommend her. Maitri
Helen's feedback about Ann (Beginner Cello tuition near Brighton)
Well thought out lessons, at a steady pace, with reassuring guidance. Approachable interaction and inspired aspirations for the cello.
Salne's feedback about Rachel (Beginner Cello tuition near Fareham)
Rachel is an excellent tutor! Her lessons are fun and easy to follow. Despite being a complete beginner, I feel like I've learnt a lot in the 3 weeks that I've been studying with her. Would definitely recommend!
