I've had two lessons with Jas and I'm impressed with the outcome so far. I decided to take lessons with him after spending several months learning to program alone from online courses and educational books, I've learned a lot this way but it takes time. What I like about Jas is his teaching method - the way he simplifies the process of coding. For example, I have a book that teaches you how to write code for a hang man game which consist of around 126 lines; Jas managed to recreate this game using less than 30 lines of code. This is why I'm convinced that I've made the right decision in choosing him to be my tutor.

He is very patient and explains everything very clearly using many and varied examples to help you understand the point. This has helped me not only understand the code i am writing but the bigger picture and wider applications of what I am doing.
