Meet some of our Mandolin Teachers
Philip John's feedback about John (Beginner Mandolin tuition near Houghton le Spring)
John has a positive manner, and clearly explains the paths that are best for progression and success.
Ness's feedback about Nick (Beginner Mandolin tuition near Clitheroe)
Nick is a warmly welcoming, encouraging and inspiring tutor. I recommend him unreservedly. I'm really looking forward to my next lesson.
Caroline's feedback about Vince (Beginner Mandolin tuition near South Shields)
The lessons are at my pace and not a strict structured list of skills to learn. This allows me to improve before we move onto another skill and gives me a sense of achievement. (My previous teacher felt a need to teach me a new skill every week). He keeps records of the lessons which helps me to remember what we have covered (as there is a lot to take in at the time) and hence what to practice at home. Vince is patient and encourages me to be creative (which I’m not but I’m sure I’ll get there in the end).
Sayan's feedback about Rory (Beginner Mandolin tuition near Dagenham)
Rory is an excellent teacher of mandolin. He knows his stuff well. He is very professional in his teaching but flexible at the same time. He does homework before every class and design the lessons. I would recommend Rory to any Mandolin student in London. Thanks Sayan
Bunmi's feedback about Martha Polly (Beginner Mandolin tuition near Leeds)
Polly is great. She homed in quickly to point out a fundamental issue with my left hand technique (now I've got to break a bad habit). She's professional and easy going. I really enjoyed the lesson. Looking forward to the next one.
David's feedback about Rory (Beginner Mandolin tuition near Dagenham)
As a first time music student, I have found Rory to be excellent. Not only is he a talented musician in his own right, Rory's teaching technique is first-class and just right for a novice like me. I would strongly recommend Rory.
Jamie's feedback about Al (Beginner Mandolin tuition near Markfield)
Al is a wonderfully patient and helpful teacher for an array of stringed instruments. I am learning mandolin, and Al is always prepared with mandolin specific tunes, work sheets and tips for improving my playing. Most importantly, on the many occasions where I slip up or cannot grasp what I need to do, Al is extremely calm and patient and lets me find my way through it. I could not recommend him enough.
Hyunsoo's feedback about Adam (Beginner Mandolin tuition near Kenilworth)
He is very helpful to engage my child to music in general, not just in playing the Mandolin. Thank you.
