I would definitely recommend Lydia! She has a really calm, gentle yet confident teaching style. I was very nervous, as I have two left feet but by the end of our first lesson, she was able to teach me a sequenced routine. I didn't tell her much when I booked her, which was quite vague of me as I didn't know where to start, but Lydia was fantastic and started with rhythms, which was useful for footwork.
