In my spare time I am an avid Rugby player, previously at club and county level and now for my University. I also play the Guitar and Piano.

"Alex tutors our daughter in IGCSE Chemistry. He is an excellent tutor and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. His supportive teaching manner has improved her confidence in Chemistry beyond measure. In addition he is hard-working, professional, caring, good at explaining difficult topics and has a genuine interest in his tutees - I'm so delighted that we found him! Thank you so much Alex - you are making a real difference." Elizabeth H, Mother (IGCSE Chemistry)

"I just wanted to say how delighted we are with the tutoring support Alex is giving Erin. You have bolstered her confidence no end and I haven't seen her buzzing like that coming out of an educational activity in years! I think it particularly works because you have a genuine interest and belief in her in respect of her future plans as a vet and this is something that other people haven't always taken seriously. She is very very grateful for this.I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you both - not just for the excellent standard of tutoring but for going that extra mile to engage with her in the work she is doing.” Amanda C, Mother (GCSE Chemistry)

"Absolutely first rate couldn't speak more highly of Alex's ability as a tutor and mentor. Best thing I have ever have done for my son and most importantly he agrees! Thank you so much Alex!”. Fiona O, Mother (GCSE Biology)

"Alex has been tutoring my son (in year 10 at school) for 5 months so far - in physics and chemistry. He has an enthusiastic and imaginative approach to the lessons he gives, which makes it much easier for my son to understand some of the concepts. Teachers at my son's school have advised me that they have seen an improvement in his chemistry and physics - which is good news. I would be very happy to recommend him as a tutor.” Helen B, Mother (GCSE Chemistry)
