Although I have not personally met Elizabeth, my father has had a lesson with her and it was very successful. She is clearly able to encourage him with relearning the flute. He is quite frail and therefore struggles with harnessing enough breath, he realises it will take a lot of time to re-develop the muscles for embouchure, which is frustrating but I think he will persevere despite finding practice quite tiring. I hope he will have another lesson with Elizabeth soon as I'm sure she can suggest ways to make the practice easier and progress quicker.
