Absolutely fantastic tutor. Couldn't recommend enough. He's ignighted the spark in me for learning an instrument I've sat on for ages. Look forward to my lessons every week!
Kotryna's feedback about Hugh (Beginner Cello tuition near Muswell Hill)
Hugh has been tutoring our 6 year old son for a couple months and has helped him make excellent progress through lots of positive feedback and a well structured approach, challenging him where needed and creating games to make practice more fun. He’s also provided a new practice checklist each week which has made our son’s practice a lot more focused and effective. I highly recommend Hugh.

Dawn's feedback about Ulla-Riikka (Beginner Cello tuition near Crieff)
I am an adult learner of the cello, who has tried to learn previously (as an adult) and gave up in despair after about 7 years. A neighbour (former music teacher) encouraged me to try again, and I believe Ulla-Riikka is the best possible teacher for me. We have had two lessons so far, and at my request, we've started from basic principles. And for the first time, I now understand what I am meant to be doing with my bow and my bow arm! I am enjoying playing again.
