It's early days, just had first lesson, but Graham has demonstrated promptness, efficiency, good cheerful; character, patience and knowledge of the subject. learning 1-2-1 online is not prohibitive, especially after resetting some of the sound settings, with Graham's assistance. Starting right at basic level, but that's where I wanted it pitched, having no real skill or training, as yet. Time will tell.
