Personal Description:
Based in Stafford, I'm a professional musician & music educator. I've been touring, writing and recording for over ten years during which I was described as a "master slide guitar virtuoso" by Maverick and twice awarded "Solo Blues Artist of the Year" by Moonshine Magazine.
Tutoring Experience:
Since 2017 I've been leading music workshops in schools and youth groups, helping young people to write songs, access music technology and perform live together.
After many years of playing the guitar professionally, I passed Grade 8 in 2021 and now also teach 1 to 1 on the instrument.
Tutoring Approach:
Our lessons will focus on whatever you are most interested in learning, whether that be mastering a style such as blues or jazz, learning recent pop songs, or working through a course towards earning grades. I'm a great believer that the best way to learn is to play music you enjoy.
