I am a confident, determined individual with the ability to liaise effectively with people verbally and in writing. I have over 5 years’ experience IT training in the voluntary sector working with charities training people of various ages and disabilities get to grips with their computers, also helping the unemployed with CVs and online searching.

I offer one-to-one assistance with mastering the basics of using a PC, helping people to build their knowledge, skills and confidence. Activities can include MS Office, using Skype, as well as internet searches and looking at on-line services.
For those of you who are unemployed I volunteer for a local Charity (ReCOM) providing you an opportunity to improve your IT skills to help bring you closer to employment? With the introduction of the Universal Job Match system all job seekers need to get on-line to claim Job Seekers Allowance and look for job opportunities. I am supporting people to do this at Chelmsley Wood Library offering one-to-one sessions and short courses, Setting up an email account, Registering for Universal Job match, Producing and uploading CVs come along for a chat (this is a free service).
