Personal Description:
I am a young IT professional who also has a PGDE in Secondary Education (Business Studies, Accounting, Administration & IT, Economics). As part of my job, I train users on how to use Cloud software and create documentation using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Training Experience:
As part of my job, I train users of varying skill levels in how to use IT systems to do their day-to-day processing.
Training Approach:
I am happy to vary my method of teaching to the student, I like to have interactive teaching sessions where students either follow along or are in control of the computer with my guidance.
