I've worked with people of all walks of life, across private, public and third sector organisations, helping Directors, Founders, and Leaders develop core value for their organisations, as well as helping people discover their potential, hone their skills and boost their confidence. I'm a seasoned facilitator and speaker, helping people discover their identity, voice and confidence through renewing their mindsets and taking action one step at a time, all with the purpose of helping you grow.

My experience with person-centred development spans 20 years with a range of leadership, management and coaching practice across industries, settings and cultures, recognised by those I've served as highly influential with ongoing success for them.

The core of my experience lies in helping individuals awaken to the possibilities of their own, previously thought too difficult, success and achievement, and I'll bring that to each session.
