I am an experienced and enthusiastic maths teacher. I have 30 years experience of teaching and tutoring at KS3, GCSE, A level and university in UK and abroad. I have BSc, PhD and PGCE in Mathematics.

Tutoring Experience

I have a wide experience of working with pupils of many different backgrounds, in small groups or on an individual basis or with additional learning needs.
I am a friendly patient, supportive and professional tutor who has excellent results by making lessons fun and achievable. I am good at building up both confidence and knowledge, and boosting exam results. I am currently available weekdays and evenings. I can offer tuition in the pupils’ home or my own or online with a wide range of teaching resources. During the COVID-19 time, I am very happy to teach online lesson over the country.
Having been a native Mandarin speaker, I teach GCSE Mandarin and HSK as well.
