I am offering 1-to-1 tuition to students across a range of subject areas and age groups. First and foremost, I am able to tutor Psychology to A-Level students, along with students starting university. I also specialise in Mathematics (Years 7-11 including GCSE) and English Language & Literature (Years 7-11, including GCSE, and additionally A-Level). I am aware that students have a great deal of work to do at home due to the current circumstances surrounding the pandemic - therefore I am also offering essay writing/assignment writing focused help across subjects to try and assist pupils during this challenging time ensuring they have the chance to achieve their very best. Whether this be helping with the planning of an essay, assisting the research process, or simply offering guidance or a second pair of eyes to proofread the work.

I have a First-Class with Honors degree in Psychology after having completed GCSEs & A-Levels and achieved respectable grades, along with a Higher Education Certificate in English Literature.

I am a very motivated and enthusiastic individual that is dedicated to tutoring students. I endeavour to improve their confidence in their ability and to help them reach their full potential. I am conscious of the challenges students, particularly within today's current society, are faced with. I ensure to provide a helping hand to all tutees both during online Skype/Zoom sessions and also via regular email contact.

Tutoring Experience

I have previous work experience within a primary school as a teaching assistant. I have previous tutoring experience whereby I have helped students to achieve some impressive results, particularly at GCSE level.

Tutoring Approach

I ask students what exactly they wish to achieve during each session; the goals they have and the deadlines they face. I want students to feel supported in the work they have to complete and feel reassured and confident in their efforts. My emails are always open for questions/queries or for any anxious or stressed students who may just need a means of support whilst facing academic pressure. I am currently only taking tutoring sessions via Skype/Zoom, which has resulted in freeing up a lot more time and availability in terms of slots for students.
