My name is Victoria and I have been teaching for eight years in a primary school. I have seven years of tutoring experience, alongside an honours degree in teaching and art. I have experience in reception to year six and have had unique experience of teaching online in the pandemic. What sets me out from the rest is my ability to engage children from a variety of backgrounds and needs; I can make progress with any child and believe this is only possible by getting to the know the child and their interests.
Young and energetic, I have taught keystage one and two across every subject. I'm currently teaching within a year 1 class full time and I tutor in the evenings/weekends. I have core subjects from children in year 1-6. I have experience with SEND and EAL and have a vast experience of teaching/doing the arts.
I currently work in Sandhurst and can travel to you via car.
I have taught over twelve students and have a great record of success and great relationships with all families that I work with.
I believes that every child is unique in their learning style and it is up to the teacher to get to the know that child’s interests and use that in a fun and varied way.
Please note that my first session will be a complete paid trial where I carry out assessments and observations.
Cancellation policy: please give me a days notice of cancellation, unless in emergencies.
