I have tutored quite a few of my friends and family, shadowed the maths department at my high school (Woodbridge high school) and volunteer with Physics outreach at university
Tutoring Approach
I place a great deal of emphasis on helping students understand underlying ideas to maths and science, as this allows for any equations, formulas or facts to appear more obviously, rather than be learned by rote
