I am a creative, enthusiastic and motivated person who is also hard working, punctual and reliable. Originally from Mexico I am now a British citizen, having lived her for more than 20 years.
As a native Spanish speaker I have taught Spanish language for a number of years both privately and in schools. I have also worked for 14 years as a professional interpreter for the Home Office, Immigration Office and the police.
I now wish to concentrate on teaching private students at GCSE and/or A-level stages.
I have taught Spanish in primary schools since 1994 including running my own Spanish club in several primary schools.
Provided private tuition to adults one to one and groups including business individuals at Unilever.
Currently also aiding teenage pupils to prepare for GCSE, AS and A2 courses and exams.
DON'T LEAVE IT TOO LATE!!!
Learning should be fun and my enthusiastic but professional approach to tutoring results in success, as my past students will testify.
I tailor each lesson to suit the individual's needs as well as their individual strengths and weaknesses. I carefully assess the learner's current situation and accordingly adjust the material I present them with.
I like to introduce students to a variety of materials and ways of learning so that they can find those they feel most comfortable with and, above all, get them really enjoying learning their language.
