Hey I'm Tim,

I'm currently a final year PhD student at the University of Bristol where I specialise in synthetic organic chemistry and catalysis. I have won numerous awards and prizes in undergraduate and postgraduate studies, have been published in leading, peer-reviewed academic journals and am excited to help motivated chemists achieve their academic goals!

Tutoring Experience

I demonstrated in third year undergraduate teaching labs and generally mentor junior PhD members of the research group in both practical and theoretical aspects.

During my A-Level studies, I tutored junior chemistry students as a Chemistry Mentor

Tutoring Approach

I am very flexible in my approach; we can (1) follow GCSE/A-level/undergraduate courses by the book, going through each of the modules together or (2) focus on specific areas which the student lacks confidence in.
