I am an assistant head in a school and have taught English for 13 years across a variety of contexts and ages from 3 - 18.

Tutoring Approach

Clear, explicit instruction. Constant monitoring of progress and areas for improvement. Motivational talking and self esteem. Exam results aren't everything but I believe that deep learning of reading, writing and speech alongside the ability to feel confident in a pressurised environment is something we are all entitled to and that is what I give to my pupils.

I accept payment up to the day before the lesson.
