inc at the very innovative first ever UK City Technology College (for-runner of Academies).

+20yrs of 1-2-1 focus,
all producing significant insight into wowy! ways of teaching and learning.
- Supported where appropriate (e.g. if a student suffers big-time from lack of confidence) from having become a fully qualified counsellor (mental health), in response to a long-standing interest in "what makes us tick" (especially learning and motivation).
