Information About Stephen - Bury St Edmunds tutor - (13 reviews)
This is how 2 referees rated Stephen:
Sixty years young, I am married with three children (all graduate linguists). I have a wide range of interests and a lot of contacts at home and abroad. Past Chairman of the Bury St Edmunds/Compiègne town twinning association.
I have taught French in nursery school, at primary level, in secondary schools and to adults in industry. Until recently Head of Sixth Form at a leading independent school, I am now available for daytime/evening lessons most days. My pupils enjoy their lessons as much as I do.
With 20 years experience of examining at all levels, I am adept in preparing candidates for their examinations and have an excellent record of success with my 1:1 tutees.
I quickly identify the best approach with individual learners and then design their lessons around these needs and particular areas of interest.
I am also interested in corporate challenges - for example the relocation of personnel after mergers and acquisitions of francophone companies.

Will recommend to anybody looking for help with learning foreign languages like French
Stephen was always prompt and reliable, a brilliant tutor!
Lessons are fun and informative and Stephen has tailored the lessons to suit our requirements.
I look forward to the sessions, it is a shame I did not have a French teacher who could enthuse and inspire when I was 13!
