I am an experience native teacher who loves teaching French at all levels to adults or school students. For the past 10 years I have been working exclusively as a French tutor. I am friendly, patient, encouraging, conscientious and considerate. I enjoy helping my learners reaching their best level in French. My exam students and adult learners consistently achieve good results and progress. I am interested in culture as well as language.

Tutoring Experience

I have a PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages French Specialism and a Master in Museum studies. I have taught in British secondary schools for more than ten years. I have prepared students for exams with the WJEC, AQA, Edexcel boards and the common entrance French Examination. I teach French DELF levels A1, A2, B1 and B2. I also love tutoring adult students who are absolute beginners and those who need to refresh and improve their French skills . I am proud that some of my beginners students ended up speaking French fluently and moving permanently to France.

Tutoring Approach

I am an enthusiastic , friendly, motivating teacher who want my learners to feel comfortable and enjoy their French lessons. I provide personalised lessons with plenty of activities to progress in French. I understand the difficulties students may encounter in their discovery of the French language and explain things as clearly as possible. I make sure that my academic students practise exam questions/papers. I keep my learners motivated by sharing my enthusiasm for France, and the French language.
