I am a passionate teacher who loves teaching English. I currently teach KS3, KS4 and KS5 and also have students for 1:1 tutoring. I am happy to offer face to face tutoring in your home or online via Zoom.
Tutoring Experience
Secondary teacher with over 10 years experience of KS3 and KS4. I mark GCSE Literature papers each summer for the Aqa exam board. I have also marked and moderated Aqa English Language over a number of years, so I am fully aware of what the examiners are looking for in student responses.
Tutoring Approach
I am friendly and approachable and over the years I have gained a wealth of experience to help all learners achieve their potential. I have experience with special educational needs and also students who have not passed English at GCSE and need to resit. I have a 100% pass rate for all of my tutees and a number students have achieved grade 9s.
