Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching and tutoring for the past 8 years and have been to numerous trainings to keep my knowledge and teaching methods up to date. I train teachers and do workshops for schools. I have many years of experience tutoring students all over London and surrounding areas.

Tutoring Approach

I adapt my approach to the strengths and weaknesses of my students and I am very flexible. My lessons are structured so that students feel positive and have a sense of achievement.
For 11+ I generally structure my lessons as follows:
Vocabulary building through reading and games, developing speed, problem solving skills and past papers.

For GCSE and A levels:
Practice starting from basics and gradually building up. I make sure students can use different methods to answer a question. Lots of past papers.

I update parents and students about the progress through updated checklist on the topics.
