I am a dedicated tutor specialising in French and art, shaped by my bilingual upbringing and BA Honours degree in illustration. I have a passion for education and a calm and supportive approach.
With over six years of experience, I have taught children and adults across the national curriculum at primary, secondary, and further education levels. I currently work as a full-time tutor with a proven 100% satisfaction rate. Many of my students have achieved top grades, including Grade 9/A* at GCSE and A level, while others have made remarkable progress beyond their expected targets. I am experienced in supporting students across multiple exam boards, including AQA, CEA, OCR, and CIE.
My main specialisms are French and art. In French, I support learners of all ages in building fluency, exam preparation, and confidence in communication. In art, I teach technical skills such as painting, drawing, and perspective, alongside arts and crafts including clay modelling and collage. Beyond these areas, I also tutor in mathematics and English, drawing on my classroom experience in both primary and secondary education. I have additionally supported students studying languages for leisure and professional purposes, tailoring lessons to meet their individual goals.
My students progress in multiple ways. They acquire essential skills for academic success and improve their study habits, comprehension, and strategies. Socially, they develop confidence, metacognitive skills, and an enthusiasm for learning.
During my university studies, I designed and delivered tutoring programmes to support homework completion and prepare pupils for national exams such as SATs and GCSEs. These initiatives consistently helped students improve their grades and understanding, often exceeding their schools’ projections.
Every lesson I teach is fully tailored to the individual, designed to be engaging, challenging, and enjoyable—unlocking potential and building lasting confidence.
