I have taught for 17 years in Secondary school and also tutored for 15years.

Tutoring Experience

My roles have allowed me to lead teaching and learning within mathematics and following on from this across a whole School. My most current role (since 2015) is as a Head of Maths in an extremely successful North East School. My teaching experience has allowed me to teach KS2 to KS5 including A2 maths and A2 Further Mathematics. I have also had the experience of tutoring for 15 years.

Tutoring Approach

I always rely on building a strong, friendly and yet professional relationship with all of my tutees. I thrive of troubleshooting and rebuilding pre-requisite knowledge when I identify problematic topics.
