I'm currently a freelance tutor in Classics and Italian (with a PhD from Oxford), as well as a qualifying solicitor. Before, becoming a lawyer, I have been a Lecturer in Classics at Christ Church Oxford, and a Classics teacher at Winchester college.
I hold a DPhil (PhD) in Classical Languages and Literature obtained at the University of Oxford. I'm an Italian native speaker and I've been studying and working Latin and Ancient Greek for 17 years. In the summer 2016 I also acquired a TIAFL certificate (teaching Italian as a foreign language) from the Italian Cultural Institute of London, after 5 weeks of internship and teacher training.

I've been a private remedial tutor in Ancient Greek and Latin (but also English and Italian literature) for the last 9 years.
I have tutored KS3, GSCE, A Levels and Adults in Italian as a foreign language, and in Latin and Greek.
I also teach advanced reading and grammar Ancient Greek classes to adults.
I teach two Ancient Greek classes (intermediate and advanced) for adults weekly.

Tutoring Approach

My approach is student centred, and it varies according to the needs and goals of each students. On top of language and literature classes, I offered tailored courses for undergraduate, Mst, MA, MPhil, PhD, DPhil admissions to UK universities in all the Humanities.
