Rachel has been an absolutely brilliant tutor for our daughter, whose confidence with A level German has improved enormously. She was calm and empathetic, and took an engaging but structured approach to learning. She has comprehensively filled in the gaps our daughter had around certain aspects of grammar, writing and speaking, and really made a difference. We cannot recommend her highly enough! We have been extremely happy with Rachel's tutoring. She is always prompt, focused and responsive. Adam has found her very easy to get on with and enjoys the tutorials. She is always encouraging and positive and manages to challenge him without him feeling overwhelmed. She is clearly extremely able and has an excellent accent and understanding of the examination syllabus. She is well prepared for the tutorials and makes the most of the time with Adam.

Rachel is an excellent tutor, even in just a few sessions she set a clear plan with lots of interest and variety for a year 7/8 boy. Between lessons there were online quizzes to do and pointers to other resources. She is reliable , organised and punctual but most importantly engaging and kept things moving forward for our son. We can recommend Rachel unreservedly.
