Native Spanish speaker from Latin America (México). I am very passionate about helping students succeed and achieve their potential. Most of all, I love being able to share a little about my native language.

Tutoring Experience

I worked as a teacher for 8 years at different levels in México. From 2017 to 2022, I taught both primary and secondary school levels in several schools in Mexico. I also taught Spanish to american students for a year in California. I currently teach Spanish full time since I relocated to England. I have an understanding of the English school system and the needs of students in the UK.

Tutoring Approach

I believe personalised learning is very important, therefore I like to tailor sessions to meet the specific needs of my student because everyone learns in a different way. Since each student is different, I find out what their learning objectives are, then I focus on those needs and adapt as required .
When learning a language, I believe learning should be fun and engaging so I use all forms of communication including verbal, non-verbal.
I offer online lessons, but I'm prepared to travel within reason for an extra cost.
