Hello, my name is Neil and I have been a tutor for 4 years now. I am looking for online teaching in multiple subjects. I have a high work ethic and mny many resources at hand.

Tutoring Experience

WIth the four years experience I have on average taught about 40 hours a week (including English as a foreign language) this would probably go up to 50. So despite only tutoring and teaching for 4 years (I have taught Mathematics classrooms before under supervision for 1 year) I do have lots of experience and I am very in tune with specifications nearly all boards.

Tutoring Approach

I am fairly liberal in 1 to 1 tutoring (I have a lot of experience in teaching classes of 3-25 as well where I teach differently). I definately take the student into account more than my own "style", taking tutoring online can be for many reasons and I have experience with SEND so these things are obviously factors. I am homework heavy as a source of repetition and consolidation, in my classes I take an operant conditioning method where the "punishment" phase is completely relative to ability and personality and I believe that the masses of resources you can share online make the modelling part of teaching easier.
