Hi, I’m Nayeeb, a passionate Economics student at the London School of Economics (LSE), who is thrilled to accompany you on this learning journey. Having achieved grades 9 in mathematics and economics at GCSE, as well as A*’s in Maths, Further Maths, Economics (and Politics) at A-level, I wish to share the secrets and knowledge that are required to succeed in these exams. However, I aspire to share my passion for these subjects beyond exams.

Tutoring Experience

Over the past few years I have found tremendous fulfilment in tutoring students, relatives and peers during my A-levels journey. Teaching students of mine how to systematically work through complex maths problems as well as helping classmates grasp in-depth understanding of core concepts such as market structures in economics has been enlightening.

In supporting a relative, I crafted simplified explanations and visual aids, transforming complex problems into manageable steps. Witnessing their increased confidence and improved performance was immensely rewarding. When tutoring peers, I initiated study groups and collaborative sessions, fostering an environment where we learned from one another. This experience highlighted the power of peer-to-peer learning and inspired me to facilitate engaging and interactive study sessions.

These experiences have reinforced the importance of tailoring teaching methods to individual needs and learning styles. I've learned that patience, adaptability, and clear communication are pivotal in ensuring effective learning.
