I am a fully qualified teacher of English, Maths and Russian. I also specialise in the subjects of Pedagogical, Methodological and Psychological studies of children's development. I have been teaching and tutoring for over 20 years.

I strongly believe that good and systematic education is a wonderful benefit to any child, promotes high achievement at school, and gives a child confidence, joy, and curiosity in studying subjects.
I grew up and was educated abroad before moving to the UK where I have lived for the past 24 years.

Tutoring Experience

I have had good practical experience from working in schools teaching primary and secondary subjects and also preparing students for 11 +, 12+ entrance exams, GCSE Maths and English, including some of the most prestigious schools in the country.

I have been offering individual and group lessons to adults teaching them the English language.

In addition to the above, I have been providing Russian language tuition to both children and adults and preparing students to take Russian GCSE and A-level exams and also conducted the speaking part (unit 2) of the Russian GCSE exam in many schools in Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

I am so proud to say that 95% of the students I have tutored for more than 6 months passed the exams with top marks. So many of my students went to study at Grammar or Private schools of their preference.

I had previously run a home-based childcare business and had an Ofsted Outstanding Grade.

My two children are doing extremely well at school. My oldest has finished one of the local Grammar schools 3 years ago and he had the top GCSE and A level mark results.

I also taught my youngest 11+ who passed exams successfully 2 years ago.

I am experienced tutoring children with SEN.

Tutoring Approach

Taking an Individual approach, but most importantly I try to provide an enjoyable environment with lots of positive challenges.

Each lesson is well planned to suit the student's needs. My lessons are in a calm but stimulating atmosphere. It is so wonderful to see how students progress gradually and achieve through their studies.
