I am a highly qualified maths teacher with a Masters Degree. I can teach towards success for all exam boards. I have been a marker for Edexcel Exam Board for the last 22 years.

I am a retired head of a highly achieving Maths Department but still practising teaching, which I very much enjoy, as a part time member of the same department.

I live in Kingston upon Thames in Surrey.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a maths teacher for the last 30 years. I am a highly qualified and experience teacher. I teach all ranges of ability, including A Level Maths and Further Maths. I am a patient and enthusiaistic teacher who has a proven record of succes.
I am particularly skilled in teacing A Level Mechanics, an area which many students find challenging.

For the last 25 years I have tutored students at all levels on an individual baiss .

Tutoring Approach

My approach is to build students' confidence in their own ability. Early on, I aim to identify weaknesses and work with students to improve upon them.

I help students with exam style questions to ensure that they become familiar with the required techniques and skills in preparation for their exams.
