I am happy to help anyone that is in need of a one to one style of tutoring, I will be able to help by focusing and applying myself to anything that you happen to be struggling with. I can also help with more specific areas of learning such as tackling exam questions, analysing and discussing novels as well as looking at the themes within them.

I have considerable writing experience as it has been required of me throughout my educational life, therefore I am adept at essay and exam structure. I can look at where your focus should be placed and how best to apply the knowledge you have acquired in either format.
My areas of expertise are novel analysis, during my time at University I enjoyed looking at novels in relation to a multitude of themes, my favourites including gender, class and society. I can also help with any historical context in order to help achieve a wider understanding of the time period in which many novels were written, I have studied a broad range of literary movements including the Romantic, Victorian, Modern and Post-Modern periods.
I have previous experience in teaching children as young as three years old how to swim, I did this on a one-to-one basis for many years and thoroughly enjoyed it, this also meant that I has six years of a full DBS check.
