Personal Description:

I am a PhD researcher, also teaching Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Studies, Economics and Finance subjects at a reputed London University since 2010.

I also hold a Teaching Qualification since 2014.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Studies, Economics and Finance subjects at London South Bank University since 2010.

I am very passionate about Mathematics and have worked with young people for almost 10 years, helping them to attain high grades all the way from key stage 3 to A level.

I have also been affiliated with several renowned tuition centers teaching GCSE and A level around London.

My strength lies in Maths, Economics, Statistics, Finance and Business related subjects like accounting and business studies.
My past students have obtained excellent grades and gone on to work for various sectors including engineering, medicine, banking and business etc.

Tutoring Approach:

The key to teaching is to understand that each student is unique and requires different teaching techniques/methods.

I would also like to highlight that my key focus is on exam questions and exam technique. It is important to ensure that students are comfortable and familiar with what to expect, in turn promising the chances of attaining excellent grades.

Furthermore my approach to teaching students consists of the following steps:
-To establish a good atmosphere between the student and myself.
-To identify the student’s current level and the difficulties they are experiencing in the topic we are going to start working on.
-To define the learning objectives for the session so that students have a clear idea of what they need to learn.
-To keep a continuous interaction with the student during the whole lesson though questioning and different activities in order to keep the student engaged whilst I can check if learning is taking place.
-To evaluate the session in terms of what the student has mastered and what needs further work.
