Tutoring Approach

From 10 Plus to GCSE English, I will model how to answer every question and task your child may be given.

I believe this method of modelling makes me a particularly effective tutor, as I work through the very papers my students will sit, day in, day out.

In the classroom, students are often handed endless tasks and writing templates but are rarely shown complete, high-quality model responses.

That’s why I make modelling central to my approach: to show what a clear, straightforward response to each question, essay, or piece of writing looks like.

I also live-model during lessons, teaching students the mindset and thought processes needed to gain top marks, so they can fulfil their academic potential.
