Highlights

I’ve been teaching English for 7 years.

For the last year I’ve been developing my own tuition business tutoring students one to to one and in small groups.

As a tutor, I've helped many students secure offers and scholarships to top independent schools at the 10 Plus, 11 Plus and 13 Plus entry stages. Those schools include:

Before I started tutoring full time, I taught in secondary and prep schools in London.

Although I first started teaching out in Beijing where I taught English as a Second Language.

There I also tutored for an education consultancy helping prepare students for their entrance exams.

I hold a BA in Creative Writing and a PGCE in Secondary English. I will also undertake an MA in Shakespeare Studies this year at KCL.

What I offer

One to One Tuition

Fully tailored tuition based on the student’s needs and academic goals for £60 per hour (online).

£80 for face to face tuition locally only.

I can offer a 10% discount for:

> Classes 90 minutes or longer
> Classes after 8pm *online only

Lastly, I run a small, friendly KS3 English class for students who would like to secure top grades in GCSE English.

KS3 English

Small group capped to 6 students for £25 per 90 minute session.
