I have 6 years of experience as a Structural Engineer at one of the top engineering consultancies, and I am currently in the final year of my PhD in Structural Engineering at Imperial College London. For more than 4 years, I have been working as a teaching assistant at Imperial College. I have been always praised by the students in all the modules that I have taught, and I am constantly ranked among the 3 teaching assistants in the civil engineering department.
For more than 4 years, I have administered effective strategies in conducting weekly tutorials for Undergraduate and master’s students to explain different structural engineering principles, including Structural Mechanics, Finite Element Analysis, Reinforced Concrete, Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics. Answer promptly to student questions and help the students engaging to ensure effective learning.
I always aim at delivering my message to the students in a clear and straightforward manner. My approach is generally focused on helping the students to understand the concept, which I truly believe would enable them to tackle any problem by breaking it into pieces and applying simple basics to every part. I also encourage the students to engage in order to ensure effective learning.
