Information About Michelle - North Walsham tutor - (1 review)
This is how 2 referees rated Michelle:
I'm a very active and energetic 35 year old who recently moved to the countryside with partner from Norwich. I have a love of the outdoors and can regularly be found running, cycling and kayaking around North Norfolk. I love my job as a Science teacher and get a thrill from seeing the students' enjoy our Science lessons together.
I have been an OCR and edexcel examiner at GCSE and A-level for 11 years and therefore have useful inside knowledge of the development of mark schemes and the examination process. I have been a Science teacher for the last 12 years and have at various points been 2nd in department and head of house. I have taught in a range of schools in Essex and Norfolk and am currently teaching at a boarding school in the latter. I have experience in teaching all 3 Science disciplines across all exam and to students with a range of abilities at KS3/ 4 and Biology to KS5 level.
The experience I have had in teaching across a range of schools has meant that I've developed and have access to a good range of resources that I can suitably adapt for each tutees' personal needs. I regard myself as a dynamic and innovative tutor who has the flexibility to modify their style depending on what works best for the tutee. I have experience in working as a tutor for tutees who wish to consolidate the work done in school or in identifying weaknesses that need to be focussed on.
