Teaching 1 and 2 year ‘A’ Level, GCSE/IGCSE, IB, BTEC, SAT, Foundation courses.
Also Short Revision Courses over Easter, summer and Christmas.
Preparation for entrance exams.
Individual, 1 to 1 lessons
Large group tuition (up to 35 in Comprehensive, 20 in Independent).
Small group tuition (2 -5 students)
Mixed ability group tuition
Exam boards – Mainly Edexcel, OCR, AQA, Camb. (International).
Age range of students – mainly between 14 and 23.
Extensive experience of teaching students for whom English is another language
Have taught students from more than 50 countries
Extensive experience of teaching students from different cultural, social and religious backgrounds
Experience of teaching SEN, such as Dyspraxia and Dyslexia.

Tutoring Approach

Preparing a course of study/lessons tailored to the students personal academic needs/requirements and delivering the knowledge in a way to keep the student fully engaged and learning. Reinforcement of knowledge with tests and homework (in agreement with the student/guardian). Written monitoring and progress of the student's ability throughout the tutoring period.
