I am especially skilled at teaching online, with previous whole school roles in Ed Tech. I have excellent modern hardware and a competent user of the latest educational software.

A graduate in Biochemistry, and well over a decade of teaching experience with the whole breadth of ability ranges in independent schools, international schools (5 years in China!), grammar schools and non-selective schools.

Tutoring Approach

Friendly tutor but with a focused approach. I am committed to seeing my tutees make progress by setting measureable learning objectives and keeping a record of progress made. I use a variety of resources from textbooks, animations and videos and use a variety of methods for assessment.
I also have been the lead Educational Technology teacher in my current school for the last 4 years, with premium access to the latest interactive resources powered by technology.
